Citizen CMP-10, a small, lightweight mobile receipt printer provides wireless capability through an infrared (IrDA) interface and built-in optional Bluetooth™ wireless capability. An optional magnetic card reader integrated into the printer allows credit cards to be processed immediately at the point of transaction, increasing customers' sense of security since the credit card does not leave their sight.
The CMP-10 utilizes a long-life lithium-ion battery that provides up to 40,000 lines of printing on a single charge. Weighing less than 12 ounces, the CMP-10 can be easily carried or comfortably worn using the optional belt clip or lanyard.
The Citizen CMP-10 is a thermal printer that features a printing speed of 50 mm./second and a resolution of 8 dots/mm. (203 dpi). The standard paper roll is 48 mm. wide with a 50-mm. diameter; and an optional cover for a 40-mm. diameter roll is also available. The lithium-ion battery has a 3-hour recharging time.
